Patients who qualify typically meet the following conditions:

  • Men and women between the ages of 21-80

  • Diagnosed with symptomatic lumbar degeneration

  • Exhausted all conservative treatment options

  • Advised that you may need a spinal fusion

  • Willing to complete follow-up visits per the study protocol
